v.6.0.04 mix / AS400 In v.6, blank facility is valid as well. We use global BOM and routings with facility - in fact we have only one facility - we did it because of facilities cost (averaging). It is used for a global BOM. If you have multiple facilities producing the same item with the same materials, this is one option of maintaining one BOM.
