Jesus Maynez:

Good morning. Before I describe some of the cost beamers in detail
that became available after your April 98 CUM, I wish to make clear that
I am indeed very confident that the Gores management team and their
financial resources will indeed ensure the continued growth of the BPCS
product. I have a five page document that outlines BMRs related to
CST500 and CST600 that is dated 3/24/99 for an AS/400 platform, for
Mixed Mode, and for version 6.0.04. During this time beamers were
"bundled" (grouped). Below are some individual cost roll up beamers:

BMR# = 42238 CST600B RPG avail date = 7/2/98 should not clear
material buckets

BMR#= 43508 CST600B RPG avail date = 8/21/98 routing
method error

BMR# = 43759 CST600B RPG avail date= 9/11/98 correct bucket 0
update

BMR# = 45194 CST600B RPG avail date= 10/28/98 Labor and Overhead
cost zero out in CST600

BMR# = 45565 CST600B RPG avail date = 10/21/98 H basis code
not costing right

BMR# = 47604 CST600B RPG avail date = 1/28/99 rollup not
recalculating total

BMR# = 47667 CST600B RPG avail date = 1/7/99 yield factor
ignored in rollup

BMR# = 48797 CST600B RPG avail date = 2/18/99 zero cost
bucket not updated

BMR# = 40839 CST502B RPG avail date = 6/22/98 rollup
not including all items

Unfortunately, during this period some BMRs were processed to
correct previous BMRs. I cannot give an accurate number of BMRs
for the entire BPCS software for version 6.0.04 since your April 98
CUM. However, the number is indeed significant.

Another option to the 2000 6.0.04 CUM would be to consider version
6.1. (remember to use a test environment first)

As I stated previously, I am positive on the future of the new Gores
company. have a good day Curt
