I found a hit in the Helpline calls from last
Fall, which tied the 42000 success message and being kicked out of OLMLCC to the
following BMR being required. I would phone into the Supply Chain Helpline to
confirm that they would also recommend this BMR, which is a client-side only fix

OLM LCC. If an order is removed from one load and then attempted to add on to another load, the user is given an error message and thrown out of the Load Control Center.
