You can try using wrksplf and prompting on it.  It gives you the option to type in a user name.  This at least limits it to just one user.  Unfortunately, you still have to put a 4 in front of each spool file.
 
If you have a RPG'er in house they can write a little program for you that will blow out all spool files for a specific user.  I know of a few people that have had this done.

I have 1000's of spool files that I want to delete for a user. Is there a command I can use to whack them all simultaneously or do I have to put 4's in front of them?
