You are right about this. But these kinds of errors will show up on the CEA200 report created after ACP500 runs. We don't use these reports a lot, because they are sometimes misleading and generally not helpful. But we hold them in a print queue so they can be reviewed for this kind of error since they are the only place it will show up. (Same deal for cash app and billing.)
