On the KFP file there is a trigger. This trigger (FPAUTO) is set when MRP540
has selected the item for conversion to a shop order. If this trigger has
already been set then it will stop the planned order from being selected.

Also I assume the item in question has a manufactured item type i.e. the
Item type has the manufacturing flag set to YES. MRP540 will only display
items that are marked as Manufactured.

Hope this helps.
