I think the rules permit you to do this sort of thing once a month, which 
means you need to wait a month before you can post a competent version of 
this ... I think that most consultants who might want additional work are 
also geographically based.

Check midrange-L archives for discussions in the last few weeks regarding RPG 
programmers on AS/400 ... looks to me like there are some parts of the USA 
where people are seriously hurting for qualified staff, while there are other 
regions where highly qualified people have been without work for 6 months ... 
perhaps you might want to pay to have them relocated to where the business 
opportunities are.
