Mark: We a couple of tools that may be of assistance to you. They all fall in the category of Advanced Planning and Scheduling applications. Each of the three partners we have offers a Finite Forward Scheduling component that is designed to schedule your work centers the most efficient method considering labor rates, run rates, material costs, etc. The partners we have are: Manugistics Synquest Taylor Manufacturing Manugistics and Synquest are full service solutions that can do much more than Finite Forward Scheduling. Taylor primarily handles Finite Forward Scheduling at a plant / workcenter level. Interfaces to BPCS exist for all three applications.
