Anyone out there know the meaning of this screen in 6.1.01 (Order Entry
System Parameters)?

   Reset Time (in seconds)                             3600
   Number of transactions to process in an hour       120


                        Parallel Post Parameters

  Minimum Number of Active Jobs                       1
  Maximum Number of Active Jobs                       2
  Reset Time (in seconds)                              3600
  Number of transactions to process in an hour        120


Help text does not really explain it....wondering if it is relative to COM
6.0.04 only, and not really an issue in 6.1.01.
