We have also experienced this problem. We are running 6.0.04. After we
upgraded to the July cumulative, the problem ended. There were several
BMR's that addressed this issue. I would recommend checking OGS.

Yes. My company has seen this and even stranger the cost in bucket 0 could
be a number >0 even if all the other buckets (1,2,3...) are 0.

Periodically, we copy set 2 over into another temporary cost set and then
completely delete set 2 (using SQL delete). Then we copy the costs in the
temporary back over into set 2. This seems kind of silly but, what this
does is cause bucket 0 to rebuild. When you copy a cost set it only copies
buckets 1,2,3.. then it actually creates bucket 0 and recalculates the
value
that should go in it.

This must be an unadvertised software enhancement...dare I say bug?

Hi all.

we are facing one intresting problem.

for a few items the standard cost ( costset 2 and bucket=0) showing cost as

ZERO.despite the fact costset=2 and other buckets(2,11,12..) are having non

zero figures.

this is position even after running program CST600 i.e. load standard from
routings.

any similar experience.

help appreciated
