QMS Issue

6.0.04 MM April Cum AS400

I am having an intermittent problem with QMS which some of you may have
experienced before. When a user goes into QMS590 action 18 to enter results
it does not display all active tests. The problem happened once before but
disappeared again without any 'known' intervention . The master data is
unchanged as far as I can see (i.e. all specs and test masters are dated last
year).  All ideas are very welcome.
