My company is using dcCollect and has been using it for over a year now.

We had several problems early on due to an Iwork's consultant that did not
know what he was doing. Iworks had a difficult time finding enough
qualified people to handle all of the business they were getting around Dec
1998. Iworks waived most of the charges for the consultant that fail to
produce and they hired in several very qualified consultants by April 1999.
Once we were able to get a qualified consultant things really settled down
and the benefits of the product became evident.

If you would like to find out more or have some specific questions you would
like addressed please email me at rwarren@burco.com

Subject: Handheld integration to BPCS V6.0.02

I would like to hear from any of you who have experience with one of
     the following handheld integration products:

     iWork's dcCollect
     RTDCS's RT/CIM

Both vendors claim to have "turnkey" integration solutions for BPCS
V6.x inventory transactions & shop floor data collection.

I would like to know about your experience with implementing the
LATEST VERSIONS of these products. I'm looking for the answers to
     questions such as:

What differentiates the products (really, not the sales version)?
Why did you select one over the other?
What difficulties (if any) did you encounter?
What type of new skills are required to implement & support?
How much development (coding/scripting) did it involve?
Was it difficult to get consulting and/or vendor support?

     TIA,
