Yes. If the system was caught in a loop and terninated, the flags in the ghh/glh could have stayed as unposted while the transaction really updated the gsb. The last step in the posting process for a record is to update the flags in the ghh/glh. If the system crashes on a ghh/glh record it will show the ghh/glh record as unposted but will have updated the gsb.
