Al Mac on 405 CD We also have ESN notes on order #s that do not exist any more. I suspect we are missing a step in end-fiscal customer order clean up. What is the BPCS 405 CD equivalent of BIL900? (if any) BIL900 caused customer orders that had been fulfilled to go away. We have customer orders in the system that are 100% shipped dating back for years that are not going away, in which 100% of the ECL lines show quantity shipped matching quantity ordered. Part of the problem is with RESUPPLY orders ... we seem to be missing a step in their MRP II loop closing. > Do you run ORD990 on a regular basis? > Wouldn't that clear them out? We do run ORD990 regularly - it is not clearing out all cases ... I suspect that if there is a mismatch between active & inactive ... it is leaving debris for active when the matching records are there but inactive. How we know we have cases not being cleared ... we have a pair of queries that list unmatched ECL vs. ECH active records by order ... one lists ECL active lines on order #s that do not have an active ECH header (at present we have none of those but we have had in the past) ... the other lists ECH active records with zero active ECL lines ... I had 2 of those that I just changed from CH to CZ. This week Engineering was trying to delete obsolete items & could not do some because of active orders ... turns out those orders are coded active but total shipped received matches total ordered & they are dated over a year ago. Customer Service tried to delete them but ORD500 blocked access claiming INVOICING STATE. I have been busy in DFU changing masses of ECL on the obsolete item lines from CL to ZL then going into the ECH & changing CH to CZ & when I get done I will run ORD990 again.
