RMA Entry (ORD70*) receiving decimal data error -- BPCS-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

v6.1 C/S
Error upon post to erl (appears to be related to a couple fields - CLCNTL and 
CLQPRC being left blank).  Results in an error that must be answered on 
QSYSOPR message queue and a print file that has no lines.

Helpline has suggested and sent several BMRs, but to no avail.  Any thoughts 
/ help appreciated.
