Period Details File - GPL contains the period/year starting and ending
dates.

        We must do an exceptional month-end close in BPCS 6.0.4.  We need to
change
        the current period ending date, but there are already transactions
within
        the period, which means the maintenance program disallows
maintenance of
        the period.  Does anyone know how to best get around this?
