NEED HELP !!!!
I HAVE MADE SOME MODIFICATIONS TO BOM500D1
AND COMPILED WITHIN ASSET. The problem is I
can not get the program to work correctly. The program initial
response time is extremely slow (about 10-20min), all action items
are missing except for "8=Position to" and items
descriptions are not showing.. The program names are
changed to BOM50DD1=*DSPF, BOM50DDR=*RPG, BOM50DDC=*CLP,
CLMSGD=*MSGF during interractive compilation.
Actual Change
Process:
Copy BOM500D1 to BOM50DD1 in a development
set
Copy BOM500D4 to BOM50CD4 in a development
set
Modified BOM50DD1 to minimize records selection through
SQL.
Modified A1PRAC in BOM500D1 to call BOM50CD4 instead
of BOM500D4.
Compiled BOM50CD4 interactively to create source and
object for RPG,CLP,DSPF,MSGF into ASSETGPL.
Compiled BOM50DD1 interactively to create source and
object for RPG,CLP,DSPF,MSGF into ASSETGPL.
Both compiled successfully.
From BPCS environment Added ASSETGPL to BPCS library list.
From BPCS environment Added BOM50CD4 to object security as a menu
object
From BPCS environment Added BOM50DDR to object security as a
menu object
Call from within BPCS environment.
