Hi Ho. It's pretty nice outside 8C or 50F. These procedures should be followed to insure proper month ends and to maintain data integrity to your data base library. 1. The ADK program that you created has 12 dates (one for each month end). That date is the date supplied to you from your finance department our accounting department. They must buy in at this point. Buy in?. They must sign off. Give them a copy of the ADK program and highlight the dates. Ask them to sign and the copy. 2. The CL program that you created has also 12 dates (one for each month end). These dates have to match the dates in ADK program. (they don't but its a good practice). Do the rest as in step1. 3. The person responsible to submit month end program must be aware of the following. a) ALL users disabled b) Must run program on date specified in ADK, if not it will not work the following day c) You cannot submit this program from outside of BPCS. In the ADK program you have not supplied the library list. The person to submit this program needs to be in the Environment were the month end is intended to run. 4. How about I send you the CL that submits all of the RE-ORG programs. +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
