Do you mean Batch Order Entry?  If so you need to set up ECM.
You will need ECM education, its not that simple to follow without edu.
I cant recall all thats needed but basically you have to config ECM
Then follow the ECM adaptor load instructions.
Submit  2 background ECM processors, Collect pgm ECC , and Posting Pgm
EDM
then load data into a set of files  TPEC  TOHB TOLB TINB .

the 3 parms for ORD701B are
RTPR 1 A  'I'
PLST 256 A
SLST 256 A  ' '

PLST  is a DS as follows
P 1 2 0  ACT  1
  3 3    TYP  '0'
P 4 7 0  ORD
  8 17   WSID  ' '
 18 27   USRID
