Rental of returnable packaging -- BPCS-L

     We are on 6.0.02 MM.  Does anyone know of a way to bill rental fees 
     for returnable packaging (e.g. pallets, cylinders) on a periodic basis 
     (e.g. monthly) and track the item so that when it is returned billing 
     will cease?  I'd like to know if this can be done in 6.0.02 or higher 
     release.
