We are using it in a "bare bones" fashion like you mention.
Advertised functionality such as freight-rating, building of loads
automatically was a severe disappointment. I would find it hard to
identify benefits of using OLM. It is a "necessary evil" from our
point of view.

Hi - is anybody using OLM? We have been testing it for awhile now and
would not use the bulk of the functionality (i.e. freight rates, building
loads automatically) We turned it on to provided the fields to be filled
in for the purpose of an export forms package and now are seconding
guessing if it is worth it. Anybody that has any experience and the
benefits it provides you by using OLM please let me know. Thanks
