Hello, On the OGS Online web site there is a program for such emergencies. It allows you to create a temporary key for your company. You can only run the program twice, so use it wisely. But, at any rate, if you find yourself in an emergency situation with your live box, you can get a temporary 30 day key quickly if you have OGS support, without having to wait for a call back. We did an MES from a 9402 model 400 to a 9402 model 720 which means I kept my same IBM serial number. It vaguely rang a bell that model number is part of the key but when you do the serial number bit only once, it's just not something you think about. I had kept the same serial number & I figured all was okay. +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
