Yes, the redbook for eBPCS on the AS/400 is available, however it was put
on the website with an incorrect ISBN number.  So if you try to order a
hardcopy, which uses the ISBN number, you will actually get a different
book put in your shopping basket.  This will be corrected on the website
this evening.
