For users on the AS/400, you should really go to the following URL:

http://as400service.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/Document/10000035

This is the APAR from IBM that specifically relates to BPCS on the AS/400.  
If IBM changes the document location/name, go to as400service.ibm.com, expand 
the "Tech info and databases" option on the left, click on "Software Problems 
- APARs", click on "All info APARs by Release", click "Search" and enter 
"BPCS".  SSA just recommended that we review this APAR every 5 days until the 
end of the year, and every 10 days thereafter.  Lots of SQL and Y2K fixes, 
and a _MUST_ for full client users...
