Hi Ho Rick A couple of things. 1. Backup your MBI file. Delete all records accept for those for the past two years (you can make it one year if you want). This is only an event log file. 2. Run this SQL statement for MBM DELETE FROM BPCSXXXF/MBM WHERE BPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM BPCSXXXF/IIM). If the item is not in your item master there should not be a BOM for it. XXX being the name of your data file library. 3. Run this SQL statement for MPN DELETE FROM BPCSXXXF/MPN WHERE PNPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM BPCSXXXF/IIM). If the item is not in your item master there should not be a Item Process Note record. I hope it helps.
