> Subj: Lots per invoice > From: brucebarker@iquest.net (Bruce Barker) I confirmed some of the query reports we run on shipping info before & after billing erases some of the information ... there are in fact several files that are useable & may be of help to you. SHIPSHEET = Report of what we shipped after Billing completed Files = SIL RCM SIH matched on customer # & invoice # Calculated fields "current" & invoice date converted to 6 digit date, which is what our users prefer Selection based on invoice date range and shipping document # range This report gets at a detail story of invoice history down to the item line, including what cartons were shipped SHIP-ING inquiry & SHIP-RPT printed form = on demand info regarding what we have shipped on any customer, customer PO#, customer part #, etc. Files = SIL SIH EST ESH matched on invoice, customer, ship-to, shipping document Calculated fields = many BPCS fields "translated" to "english" easily comprehended by ordinary users who might not "grok" BPCS naming such as ITEM instead of whatever PROD, also SLS-AMT = ilnet * ILQTY This query shows item line detail including how it was shipped (truck line) and the reference numbers associated with the shipper for purposes of tracing any shipment. My point is that in addition to other files folks have mentioned, you might want to see if any of these contain stuff that can help you.
