     Yes, we experienced it the other day and our journalling of the ECH 
     file enabled us to trace the issue back to ORD701B.  
     
     As you can probably tell from the incident #, this was reported 
     recently to SSA (10/26 to be exact).

My client is experiencing exactly what you describe.  We have journaled the ECH 
and
discovered that occasionally ORD701B running under the job name SSATCP changes 
the
order number.  I also reported this and SSA told me that no one has ever 
reported
anything like this.  Are you still experiencing the problem?
