        One rule we learned the hard way is:

                DO NOT exit from a customer order using the CANCEL button.
It is definitely NOT the same as F12. That's a sure way to lose an order.
Always ACCEPT.

        We have entered 3 customer order after we accept the order was miss.

        check in ECH & ECL file, there was not recorded.
