R: download of spooled files

An easy way for users to get AS/400 spooled files is using Client Access
Express from Ibm: simply open Operation Navigator, select to access spool
files (available as standard installed feature for a "basic" user) and drag
the spooled file to the desktop (it will have a  .txt extension).
