We are putting together our year-end closing calendar and I was curious how others were planning on handling December month-end, 1999 year-end as it relates to Y2K. Of course, this only applies to those companies whose fiscal calendar falls at the end of December. One approach we have is to make sure all year-end related tasks in BPCS are completed before midnight on December 31. This would mean cutting back the schedule to start month-end and year-end tasks first thing on Wednesday, December 29 and giving up 2 days of shipping. If anyone would like to share their thoughts and ideas, I am sure we would all appreciate it. Thanks and best regards, Wayne Sheehan 510-665-2610 wayne.sheehan@powerbar.com +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
