It seems to be that it's things that come through Cash and Memo Posting that don't get completed... I think. But I'm not very clear on when, why, or how. It also looks like BPCS excludes these items from reports and that I must also if I want to reconcile A/R. These items do show up on the Purged/History Transactions Report generated by A/R Month-End Close ACR900. I would really appreciate a two minute education.
