In addition to Paul Holstein's observations, I've seen TP records created by ARP and left behind when the process didn't shut down cleanly. I would list the records in using a query or spreadsheet, then verify through ACR300 that somebody caught that the records didn't complete cleanly and re-posted them. Otherwise you may lose data. Don't just turn them into 'RP' records or you may end up with RREM's on the invoice record that don't reconcile to the sum of the RAMT's (RAMT + RDISCT for payments), and RAR records un-posted to the GL. We just cleaned up hundreds of these. Feel free to give me a call and I can give you 10 minutes help on this one if needed. Best wishes, Geo.
