BPCS, traditionally, does not hard delete ECL records.  When an order is
deleted from order entry, it is soft deleted by changing the Record ID.  A
letter 'Z' within a record id indicates that the record has been deleted.

Does anyone out there know the difference between CL and CS, likewise ZL
and
ZS, on the ECL?
