Gordon ... We're on 4.0.5, but this is a very common problem in that release, and I'm assuming it's the same problem in the 6.0 versions. There's probably a work station specific data area that is set incorrectly .. in 4.0.5, the data area is MRXXXXXXXXXX, where "XXXXXXXXXX" is the work station. There's actually a menu option to reset several of these data areas. Try to find a similar thing in 6.0. (This happens many different places ... I usually have the user access the same program on a different work station ... if he is successful there, it's a work station specific problem, which usually means a data area.) One of the users here is having problems with the F14 Release / Print in option SFC505. They can select orders OK but when they take F14 they get the message 'Shop Packet Print is in Progress'. We are using 6.0.04 MM in an AS400 environment. I would be very grateful for any ideas. Thanks, Gordon. +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
