We use ExpEDIte Base400 with TLE 3.2.1 and your password could be incorrect
on either end.
I would first check my communication gateway . Go to Connection Type, option
2 (change) screen ANK140-02 holds your originating password, originating
account and originating user ID, check to make sure you have them correct.
If you do, then I would then in turn call Advantis.

Using ExpEDIte 400, version 4.4 , when I try to do the interchange
 receive, I get error message:

24270 ERRDESC: Incorrect Information Exhange Password.

Is this in TLE or at Advantis.

 Can anyone help? >>
