Hello Mark, One of your problems may be with batch order allocation running at the same time billing is running. This has caused us many problems with billing on 6.002. Our billing runs at the same time every day. We allows different departments to queue up there jobs into different single threaded job queues, based on their function in the company. This works well, but can cause problems when billing runs. We put all job queues on hold a few minutes before billing starts. This has stopped many of our problems with BBH and BBL records being left in their files. Make sure you have the latest versions of the billing programs. We had many problems with billing early on. But now only have a few problems a month. We have a number of sales order lines showing ready for invoice as the status. When going into billing select (BIL500) BPCS will not select these orders. The orders are not flagged as in use on ECL / ECH. The orders have records on both BBH & BBL.
