RE: EDI TLE 3.2.1 997 problem

Take the menu option for incoming interchange, enter selection criteria to 
allow the interchange to be selected. Take action 9 against the interchange 
in error. This will reset the interchange to status 'PCK' and you will be 
able to re-send it.

Need to send  out a 997,  TLE will create it, pack it, but never sends it,
stays with a status of SFS.   I know I can reset it and send it manually 
but
should not have to do this.  Does anyone have a solution?
