You should not delete records from this file based only upon PZ status unless you never reprint anything. - For example - how long do you want to retain the ability to reprint particular kinds of documents? When you delete the PZ records - you can't reprint them anymore. The PZ documents are what you can see from the document reprint program. The other records have not been printed at all yet. You should decide upon a number of days to keep this history and delete by PZ and some date qualification, I would instead recommend.
