We had a similar problem when we upgraded from V4R1 to V4R2. I
talked to someone from an AS/400 performance group at SSA and
was told to create a logical file over the ZXO file keyed by
XOMENU, XOSYS, XORELN. It fixed our problem.

To all:

We upgraded to OS/400 V4r3 and have experienced significant delays in
initial screen loads for BPCS V6.002 Full Client server - Purchasing
maintenance and Receipts. Call to SSA yielded no real answer, used DB
Mon, it says that it is using a prebuilt access path - *immed
maintenance. Yet it takes almost a minute to load the screen. Any
other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We have all cums
loaded for OS/400.
