Bpcs v6.0.02 Mix mode E620 AS/400

We are having trouble reprinting certain invoices due to the Doc year in SIH 
and SIL.  In the last few weeks, some of the Doc year values in these file 
are '98' and some are '99.  We can't reprint the specific invoices that are 
associated with Doc year '99'.  I think this field name is IHODYR.  In mid 
February, we started noticing some of the invoices had '98' and some have 
'99.  Is there a file or table that has been missed being updated that would 
be putting this year in there.

This is only happening on certain orders and thus far, we haven't seen a 
clear pattern.
