This sets up LDA so BPCS security lets jobs run outside of BPCS - I got this 
advice from BPCS_L earlier discussion (Robert Noey I believe), & used it & it 
solved some of my job scheduler problems.

I am a babe in the AS/400 woods compared to you guys - I figure that some day 
I will want to use the FSC shop calendar or MRP120 period framework to get 
data to calculate date range that is meaningful to *CURRENT reality.
