I would suggest modifying the help text for that program instead of the screen.
The User could then just press F1 to find out the information.

Subject: Tips = Infrequent Use
If we do not regularly run some program, it is easy to forget our standard
options. This is most especially true for end-fiscal, physical inventory, and
end users who are not heads-down keying but have a job outside the computer &
occasionally visit it less frequently than the users whose monitor is in the
middle of their desk because they have to interface with it most of every day.
Thus it can be a good idea to add some reminder text to User Menu right above
or below the text line for that menu option - examples
CST600
2 = Standard Cost from Routings
Do all facilities
INV900
TC = Big Quarter Inch Cartridge = 2 Gig or less
TAP01 = Tiny 8 mm Tape = 7 Gig
When there is only 1 user, or the entire department wants to do that function
the same way, or a department boss is really in charge, we have also on
occasion modified what is fed to the prompt screen to minimize the choices the
end user has to make.
Remembered Key Rules are an easily overlooked area whose Help should
periodically be reviewed to see if we are using them to their fullest
potential. We have users who are authorized to look at inventory in all
facilities, but have a home facility and/or home warehouse for their own
transactions. Thus, we set the remembered key rules that - oh yes the last
item or customer or order they looked at will be the next default, but if they
look at a different facility or warehouse it always reverts to the one that is
designated their home.
The various Remembered Key Screens focus on different collections of
departments so setup will follow different patterns for different collections
of users depending on what departments they work in at the company.
