That system parameter is only used when you do parallel processing as
specified in the COM user preferences and deals with how many jobs the
parallel processors allow at once.  If COM is timing out, there is likely a
server problem (i.e., maybe looping or some type of hard halt such as
decimal data error).  Check the server jobs.

Please check how many order entry jobs are allowed to run at the same time.
This is a new parameter in the system parameters
