GLD700

There is a work around for the GLD700 year '99' validation problem that
would at the very least buy some time until GLD700 is fixed.  The work
around is to use GLD750 to submit the financial reports through use of
folios rather than submitting them directly through GLD700.  GLD750 does
not perform the same year validation as GLD700, and thus does not return a
validation error.  The reports are processed normally, just as if they were
submitted via GLD700.  Using GLD750 to submit the reports  necessitates the
setting up of one or more folios containing the reports (template and
profile).  But once set up, the users may even find this a preferred (more
convenient) method of submitting their reports.
