AS400 Printer setup

I am setting up a new environment and having problem while setting up the
TCP/IP printers to print. I have created Outq but I think I am not able to
connect my outq with printer correctly because when I go and check my outq I
can see the spool files but when I check under the writer I do not see any
spool files.
