When things go wrong

Does anyone out there know of any legal action against SSA?  Much as I
hate the idea, I believe my company needs to explore this possibility.
 There were many promises made by the SSA pre-sales team that turned
out not to be true (we were told SPM and SAL would handle all of our
reporting needs and now our AE is suggesting we buy a third party
product) .  We've already exceeded their estimate and we haven't
finished education. One SSA consultant has told us that order entry in
BPCS will take at least twice as long as our current system ( contrary
to what the pre-sales team promised us).

To put it mildly, we have been very disappointed with SSA and BPCS,
and need to explore how to recover losses.  We would be very
interested to learn of any lawsuits against SSA.  Please respond
