We are also implementing BPCS 6.0.02 Client / Server and find SSA staff to be poorly trained to help. Contact Dave Slicker of DS Solutions, an independent consultant, who has been a great help to us.

and other providers of add on products for BPCS,

My company is in the process of implementing BPCS version 6.02 full
client server. The SSA consultants who are assisting us have been of
limited help in providing technical information on BPCS. In general,
they have to "research" our questions and get back to us.

We would be interested in tools/assistance in making this a successful
implementation.
