I can't be much help on the full client aspects, although there are _several_ good people I can ask about that. We've had to get _very_ technical with the server side of it at my current primary client (down to which programs are populating which fields with which values when and why -- we kept the 5.1 RPG versions of SFC500 and 540, due to speed and functionality considerations). I don't know about tools, but we've certainly been "through the ringer" with it. Feel free to post any questions you have on this forum, I'm sure you'll get an answer even if it's just "we haven't gotten a straight answer out of SSA on that issue yet". Besides, it's better to share experiences (for example, the conversion _STILL_ converts all of our closed shop orders to open) so that _everyone_ knows what to watch out for.
