Susan,

Although I haven't taken these steps yet, according to the documentation 
there's a series of procedures for each of the moves to 2.1, then 3.0, then 
3.1, then 4.0, then 4.0.04, and finally to 4.0.05CD.  Looks like you'd have the 
final two procedures to go through.  One of my colleagues has done some work 
with the complete conversion path for testing purposes and I believe everything 
went relatively smoothly (I didn't get hit with anything, anyway).
