Fortunately, we have several databases already at 4.0.05, which gives us the 
luxury of converting them to CD first.  This will give us a another level of 
confirmation and verification after the prerequisite test environment 
wringing-out, but before we drop the bigger changes onto the other plants.
We currently have nearly 30 databases, ranging from 2.1.03 through 4.0.05, each 
with verying degress of customization.  Our modifications are currently grouped 
into several categories; financial mods/hooks for both corporate and division 
levels, manufacturing mods for corporate, division, and plant levels, and 
stand-alone programs at all levels.
